when our doors opened in 2007, we did well as a conventional commercial gym with cardio equipment, weights and machines. although we still cater to this traditional feel, we have also adapted and transitioned to a more functional training and personal training/group class oriented approach. each trainer, unique in their own approach has a way of taking a specific or broad goal and developing a long term plan that will help clients progressively. whAT THIS MEANS, IS WE PLAN FOR THE LONG TERM HERE RATHER THAN FOCUSING ON A SHORT TERM GOAL. OUR INTENTION, IS TO HELP YOU BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF BY HELPING YOU TO BE AWARE OF YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND TO CREATE A PLAN/PROGRAM THAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THAT HAS REALISTIC GOALS. WE WILL SIT WITH YOU, TAKE THE TIME TO KNOW YOU SO THAT WE CAN LEARN WHAT YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE LOOKS LIKE AND FIND OUT WHAT KIND OF TRAINING PLAN BEST SUITES YOU. 

yOU WILL FIND WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH OUR DOORS, THAT WE ARE AS COMMITTED TO YOU AS YOU ARE. wE WILL HELP YOU PUT IN THE WORK, BUT WE WILL ALSO LEAVE YOU WITH A SET OF GOALS WE EXPECT FROM YOU OUTSIDE OF THE GYM.
